Having now become the most widespread standard in electronic applications based on the use of cabinets, the 4-unit version Racks offer maximum flexibility and integration capacity, thanks to the possibility of hosting both classic ATX systems and PICMG architectures with up to 14 back-planes slot.
The different configurations include the latest Desktop and Server processor technologies (such as Intel Core i7 and Xeon)
The structure of the chassis offers the possibility to host several memory units, allowing to build RAID systems and to host optical reading units.

CONFIGURATIONS BASED ON ATX SYSTEMS
The most common configurations, based on ATX standards, provide the possibility of integrating latest generation high-performance motherboards and CPUs, such as Intel Core i7 and Xeon. These systems are equipped with expansion slots usually of type PCI and PCI-Express.

CONFIGURATIONS BASED ON PICMG SYSTEMS
Configurations based on PICMG industry standards provide for the use of Full-Size motherboards in different configurations, depending on the power and compatibility required. The use of these systems allows a wide expandability thanks to the numerous slots of various types present, which can reach 14 for standard configurations and 20 using a special chassis. Also in this case the available architectures are based on both latest and old generation processors.

STORAGE
Up to 4 x 3.5" hard disks, also in RAID configuration, and / or up to 3 optical drives are supported on RKE-140 PCs. Solid state drives can also be integrated.

RKE-140 is available with 90-264 VAC or 18-36 VDC input
